During Practice Hours
If your pet has a problem during normal opening hours, please telephone the practice on 01932 858890 immediately and we will ensure that you are offered an appointment on a priority basis. Please make it clear that the matter is not routine and we will do our utmost to attend to you at the earliest opportunity.
Out of Hours
During evenings and weekends, most emergencies will be seen at the practice by our out of hours veterinary surgeon. In the first instance please call the practice on 01932 858890 and follow the guidance provided.
